At Hemline Outfits (“we,” “our,” “us”), we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through our website or social media platforms.

We provide islandwide delivery and offer customizable fashion for men, women, and kids.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The size or fit is not suitable (only for standard items, not customized items).

  • You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with labels/tags intact.

  • The original packaging should be included.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized clothing

  • Items on clearance or final sale

  • Innerwear / undergarments

  • Accessories that have been used

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling


3. Return Process

  • Order number

  • A photo of the item

  • Reason for the return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return steps.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refund methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → refunded via bank transfer

  • Bank Transfer payments → refunded to the same bank account

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

If the requested size or item is available, we will arrange an exchange.
If unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.


6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered:

  • Inform us immediately, within 24 hours

  • Send photos of the packaging and the item

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


8. Policy Updates

Hemline Outfits may update this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
